Tasks and Responsibilities

- Provide on-site call support;
- Execute checklists, gather information, and complete visit conclusion forms;
- Log and track calls in a specific tool, performing troubleshooting until resolution;
- Keep calls updated with information on executed activities;
- Contact and interact with other technical areas when necessary to resolve incidents;
- Understand the client's needs and respond according to predefined procedures.
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma;
- Currently pursuing or completed higher education in IT will be considered an advantage.
Experience and Knowledge
- Experience with Linux systems;
- Knowledge in microcomputing and networks;
- Experience in user support and assistance.
Job Details
- In-person work model;
- 5x2 schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM;
- Availability for weekend and holiday on-call shifts when necessary;
- Must hold a Category A and B driver's license.
