Responsibilities

• Support the management of IT incidents and problems;
• Monitor availability indicators of technology services;
• Analyze operational data to support decision-making;
• Create reports and dashboards in Power BI;
• Support ITIL practices;
• Monitor compliance with service SLAs;
• Interact with technical teams and business areas to ensure the quality and stability of services;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes.
