Key Responsibilities

Provide support for the administration and maintenance of LAN, WAN, and Wireless network environments;

Assist in the configuration and monitoring of network equipment (switches, routers, and access points);

Assist in analyzing and troubleshooting connectivity and infrastructure incidents;

Perform support activities for TCP/IP networks, VLAN, VPN, and switching;

Monitor network infrastructure performance and assist in identifying improvements;

Assist in the deployment, updating, and documentation of network environments;

Log and track technical tickets, ensuring service delivery according to SLAs;

Create technical documentation, operational procedures, and inventory of network assets;

Provide support to users and internal teams regarding network infrastructure demands.

Requirements and Skills

Entry-level experience in infrastructure and network support;

Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Switching, and basic routing concepts;

Understanding of monitoring and troubleshooting network environments;

Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems (basic);

Experience with technical documentation and procedure logging;

Basic knowledge of ITIL and incident management;

Knowledge of corporate Wi-Fi and LAN/WAN environments is desirable;

Analytical, proactive, organized profile with ease in working within a team.

Education

Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
