Key Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and support telecommunications network infrastructure;

Perform analysis, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of incidents in corporate and carrier network environments;

Implement, configure, and maintain network equipment, ensuring environment availability, performance, and security;

Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements for network operations;

Create technical documentation, operational procedures, and network diagrams;

Support network infrastructure expansion, upgrade, and optimization projects;

Analyze communication protocols, routing, and connectivity;

Provide advanced-level technical support to resolve complex incidents.

Requirements and Skills

Experience in managing and supporting network and infrastructure environments.

Knowledge of routing and switching protocols, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, and network architecture.

Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.

Experience with technical documentation and development of operational procedures.

Knowledge of ITIL best practices and incident management.

Certifications in Networking are desirable, such as Huawei HCIA, Cisco CCNA, or equivalents.

Education

Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Networks, or related fields.
