Product Owner (PO) – INSS Consignado - Banking Products

We are seeking a Product Owner with strong expertise in payroll-deducted credit products (INSS), capable of leading strategic initiatives by translating business needs into efficient solutions compliant with the regulatory context.

🚀 Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business, technology, and stakeholders
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog
• Lead agile ceremonies (planning, review, refinement)
• Ensure deliveries focused on value and user experience
• Work with multidisciplinary teams (squad)
• Monitor metrics and product evolution

• Strong experience with INSS Payroll-Deducted Loans (Consignado)
• Mastery of rules and workflows:
