Business Analyst (Agile Coach) | Specialist

Agile Coach role with solid experience in the financial market, especially in Corporate Credit products. This professional will be responsible for working at the interface between business and technology, leading agile initiatives, promoting alignment among stakeholders, and supporting the evolution of strategic financial products.

Responsibilities:

Act as a facilitator between business areas, products, technology, and stakeholders. Gather, analyze, document, and detail business requirements. Conduct workshops, refinements, process mapping, and agile ceremonies. Support squads in applying agile practices, promoting continuous improvement and increased efficiency. Translate business needs into functional requirements and epics for development. Ensure alignment between business strategies, processes, and product deliveries. Track indicators, metrics, and results of implemented initiatives. Work on projects related to credit products and financial solutions for companies.

Requirements: Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Agile Coach. Experience in financial institutions, banks, or fintechs. Solid knowledge of Corporate Credit products, such as: Working Capital; Secured Account; Corporate Overdraft; CIB (Industrial Bank Credit); Receivables Advance; Discounting of Promissory Notes; Among other corporate credit products.

Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). Ability to lead discovery, requirements gathering, and backlog definition. Communication skills with technical and executive teams.
