Responsibilities and Duties

As a developer at ZG Soluções, you will be responsible for:

• Developing components and pages for our products;
• Developing Restful APIs;
• Reviewing and ensuring code quality and adherence to the development team's standards;
• Creating SQL queries and scripts;
• Developing backend, front-end, and unit tests;
• Discussing solution proposals;
• Working in a Linux development environment;
• Experience with agile practices, techniques, and methodologies;
• Performing code versioning with Git;
• When necessary, participating in meetings with stakeholders for requirements gathering;
• Presenting evolution and results to other developers and other team members.

Requirements and Qualifications

The following requirements are very important for the Developer role within our teams.

• Ability to analyze and solve problems;
• Strong programming logic;
• Mastery of data structures and algorithms;
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Knowledge of Design Systems and reusable components;
• Proficiency in an object-oriented language, preferably Java or Groovy;
• Ability to perform complex queries in Relational Databases (RDBMS);

Desirable but not mandatory knowledge

• Any backend framework (Grails, Spring or Spring Boot, Hibernate, Micronaut, etc.);
• TypeScript;
• Elastic Stack - ElasticSearch/Kibana;
• Continuous Integration (CI);
• Containers (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.);
• Service-oriented architecture;
• Messaging and Data Streaming (Kafka, MQ, etc.);
• Development best practices such as TDD and Design Patterns;
