Product Manager / Product Owner (PM/PO)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the software product, defining and tracking the roadmap and backlog.
• Prioritize requests considering business value, customer impact, effort, and risks.
• Translate business needs into requirements, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Act as a liaison between business areas, customers, and Development, Support, and Implementation teams.
• Lead refinement sessions and monitor team planning and deliveries.
• Plan releases, track deadlines, and anticipate risks and impediments.
• Validate deliveries and ensure alignment with product objectives.
• Monitor metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Support strategic decisions and promote continuous product evolution.

Requirements:

• Completed higher education in Technology or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or in software product management.
• Experience in software companies, software houses, or SaaS products.
• Knowledge of Product Management, backlog and roadmap management.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and request prioritization.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, relational databases, and basic SQL.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, analytical skills, negotiation, and systems thinking.
• Collaborative, proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile.
• Ability to make decisions, handle conflicts, and work with multiple stakeholders.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Contractor (PJ) arrangement;

Hybrid schedule with 1 in-person day per week in São Paulo - Capital.

Total Pass;

Paid rest days;
