Job Description

We are looking for a Junior/Mid-level QA professional with more than 2 years of experience in the field to work on a Digital Government project in a remote model, contributing to the quality of deliverables and working in an integrated manner with development, product, and business teams.

The professional is expected to actively contribute to the team's quality by executing and documenting tests, identifying risks, and validating deliverables, as well as collaborating to strengthen the quality culture.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional and technical requirements, identifying potential risks.
• Plan, execute, and document manual tests.
• Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and test plans.
• Execute regression tests to ensure system stability.
• Support the definition of acceptance criteria and validate bug fixes.
• Contribute to the quality culture and monitor test metrics within the team.
• Review use cases and suggest new test flows, promoting continuous improvement.
• Participate in planning and design meetings, communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to align technical, quality, and product objectives.
• Work in an agile environment, participating in refinements, plannings, dailies, and retrospectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

• More than 2 years of experience working as a QA.
• Experience with different methodologies and types of testing.
• Experience in creating and executing test cases, scenarios, and test plans.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, and test management tools.
• Methodical, organized profile with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with different areas.
• Ability to record and report tests, bugs, and evidence clearly and reliably.

Differentials

• Experience in test automation.
• Experience with APIs and testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, Insomnia or similar.
• Experience with test automation tools, such as Cypress or Playwright.
• Knowledge of CI/CD.
• Knowledge of databases, such as MongoDB.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and pipeline automation.
