Full Stack Developer (AI Focus)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong specialization in Artificial Intelligence to join our squads. The goal of this position is to technically lead the construction and integration of AI-based solutions for digital transformation platforms, working side by side with our engineering teams.

You will be responsible for architecting everything from the consumption interface of these tools to the orchestration of complex flows in the backend, using autonomous agents and LLMs to solve real-world problems at scale.

What you will do (Responsibilities):

Design, develop, and maintain Full Stack applications using React (Frontend) and Node.js / Python (Backend).

Architect and implement Artificial Intelligence pipelines and conversational systems using LangChain.

Develop complex workflows with state and multiple actors using LangGraph.

Create and orchestrate Multi-Agent systems to automate decisions and processes within our platforms.

Integrate LLM provider APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) and optimize prompts and contexts to ensure answer accuracy.

Work together with development, data engineering, and DevOps squads to ensure that AI solutions are scalable, secure, and well-integrated into the company's ecosystems (AWS, Kubernetes).

What you need to have (Mandatory Requirements):

Solid Full Stack Programming experience: Practical and proven mastery of React (for rich and dynamic interfaces), Node.js, and Python (building APIs and microservices).

AI Engineering & LLMs: Practical experience with the generative AI ecosystem, especially LangChain and LangGraph.

Multi-Agent Architecture: Deep understanding of how to design, implement, and debug systems where multiple AI agents collaborate to achieve a goal.

Software Engineering: Good coding practices, design patterns, versioning (Git), and automated testing.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions.

What will be a differentiator:

Experience with Python frameworks focused on APIs, such as FastAPI.

Knowledge in infrastructure, containers, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment pipelines in Cloud environments (such as AWS).

Previous experience with government service platforms or high-criticality digital transformation projects.
