About the Role

We are looking for a Support Analyst focused on Google Workspace to ensure the efficiency, security, and collaboration of our digital infrastructure. You will be the focal point for managing the Google console, resolving incidents, and providing strategic support for the team's adoption of Cloud tools.


Responsibilities and Duties

• Admin Console Management: Managing users, groups, organizational units, and access permissions.

• Technical Support: Level 1 and 2 support for issues related to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, and editing tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

• Security and Compliance: Configuring security policies (2FA, DLP, Context-Aware Access) and managing mobile devices (MDM).

• Migration and Integration: Assisting with data migration and integrating Workspace with third-party tools via the Marketplace or API.

• Training: Educating internal employees on best practices and updates for Google tools.

• Monitoring: Reviewing usage and audit reports to identify bottlenecks or security risks.


Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Prior direct experience with administration and support of Google Workspace environments (formerly G Suite).

• Technical Knowledge: Mastery of DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC records) to ensure email deliverability.

• Problem Solving: Analytical skills for troubleshooting synchronization and access errors.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and patience when dealing with users of varying technical levels.

Education: Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields.


Differentials (Considered a Plus)

• Official Google Professional Collaboration Engineer certification.

• Basic knowledge of Google Apps Script for task automation.

• Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, Zendesk, or Freshdesk).

• Technical English for reading official documentation.
