About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Mid-Level Financial Analyst to support the company's financial management and contribute to the organization, control, and evolution of departmental processes.

We are looking for someone with an analytical, organized, and proactive profile, who has autonomy to manage financial routines, critical thinking to identify improvement opportunities, and experience in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable routines.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Support financial closing and the preparation of management reports.
• Liaise with the accounting department, ensuring information is organized for accounting closing.
• Develop controls and indicators to support decision-making.
• Identify inconsistencies and propose improvements to departmental processes and controls.
• Support relationships with banks, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Ensure organization, confidentiality, and adherence to deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Solid experience in financial routines.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, cash flow, and financial closing.
• Knowledge of accounting processes and interaction with accounting firms.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, and sense of priority.

Nice to Have

• Experience with foreign exchange operations, international payments, and overseas remittances.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with financial ERP systems.
• Experience in technology companies, service sectors, or fast-paced growth environments.
• Knowledge of Power BI, dashboards, or financial process automation.
• Experience with process improvement and implementation of internal controls.
