We are looking for a QA Test Specialist I (Contractor) to join forces in evolving our corporate systems. If you are someone who doesn't just execute tests but loves to deeply understand how the system works, challenge scenarios, anticipate risks, and leverage technology to your advantage, this role is for you.

🎯 Scope of Services and Deliverables (Key Activities):

• Strategy and Execution: Design and execute functional tests, regression tests, and integration validations between systems.
• Business Analysis: Analyze requirements, design validation scenarios, and anticipate impacts across different applications.
• Quality and Documentation: Map, log, and track bug resolution, keeping documentation and approval workflows organized.
• Collaboration: Exchange ideas with developers, analysts, and business units to ensure aligned and frictionless deliveries.

🛠️ Desired Profile (Expected Specialties):

• Experience and Technical Background: Hands-on experience with functional software testing and solid background in system support (L1), functional analysis, or technical support for applications.
• Analysis and Business Acumen: Interest in understanding the business before execution, with ease in interpreting requirements and transforming them into precise test scenarios.
• Initiative and Problem Solving: Investigative profile, solution-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve bottlenecks in day-to-day operations.
• Efficiency and Quality: Ability to conduct validations with agility while maintaining high quality standards, excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Innovation & Productivity: Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to requirements analysis, test case creation, and process optimization.

🤝 Partnership Details and Engagement Model

• Contract Type: Service Provision Contract (PJ/B2B).
• Fees: To be agreed upon.
• Engagement Model: Flexible Hybrid Model. We will have moments of remote work and others onsite at our collaborative hub in Curitiba/PR, scheduled in advance according to delivery needs and project milestones.
• Estimated Commitment: The technical activities and milestones developed within the project require an estimated technical effort volume of approximately 160 to 170 hours per month for execution.
