About the opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a hands-on profile, who enjoys developing software, working on building scalable solutions, and contributing to technical decisions in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve backend applications and services.
• Build and maintain scalable microservices.
• Participate in architecture definitions and technical decisions.
• Ensure delivery quality through good development practices.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team on the continuous evolution of the platform.

Requirements

• Solid experience in backend software development.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Fluent English.
• Hands-on profile and experience working directly with development.

Differentials

• Experience with Golang.
• Experience in fintechs, banks, or technology startups.
• Experience with high-scalability systems.

Work model

📍 Hybrid – onsite three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in Vila Madalena, São Paulo/SP.
