Responsibilities

  • Lead the consultative sales process, from prospecting to closing;
  • Present and negotiate Volúpia's marketing, growth, and technology solutions strategically;
  • Deeply understand the needs and challenges of potential clients, customizing value propositions;
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention;
  • Actively work on expanding the client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities;
  • Efficiently manage the sales pipeline, ensuring follow-up at every stage;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions;
  • Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, growth, and technology;
  • Prepare sales reports and projections, contributing to the department's strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in consultative sales of services;
  • Specific experience selling digital marketing, growth, and technology services;
  • In-depth knowledge of agency services such as SEO, Paid Traffic, and Website Development;
  • Skill in identifying client pain points and needs and proposing strategic solutions;
  • Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and persuasive argumentation;
  • Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets;
  • Autonomy and proactivity to work in a remote model;
  • Organization and discipline for sales pipeline management;
  • Knowledge of CRM tools for sales management.
