Activities


• Monitor and analyze security alerts and events using SIEM tools.

• Perform tier 1 and tier 2 (N1 and N2) security incident triage, identifying threats and anomalies.

• Escalate suspicious events and complex incidents to higher levels, following defined procedures.

• Assist in the collection of digital evidence and in the detailed documentation of security incidents.

• Actively collaborate in the creation, review, and continuous improvement of SOC playbooks and operational procedures.

• Prepare daily reports on activities, security alerts, and operational status for the team and management.


Requirements


• Technical or higher education degree (in progress or completed) in Information Security, Networks, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Solid foundational knowledge of networks, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and security protocols.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and the functioning of a SOC (Security Operations Center).

• Proactivity, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to learn and develop in the field.

• Knowledge and/or practical experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Wazuh, Elastic).

• Knowledge of Vulnerability Management tools (e.g., OpenVas).

• Plus: Introductory courses or certifications in security (e.g., Blue Team, CompTIA Security+, Fortinet NSE 1-2).

• Plus: Prior experience with antivirus, firewall, or EDR tools.
