Full-Stack Developer

Clean code solves problems — smart code transforms businesses. Here, Technology is not support: it is the engine that simplifies the complex and scales solutions. You will be responsible for building and evolving the platform that sustains our operations and impacts our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications with Python and Django;
• Create, integrate, and document REST APIs for various services;
• Work with PostgreSQL (modeling, optimized queries, and data integrity);
• Implement and maintain cloud solutions on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda);
• Work with messaging (RabbitMQ) and asynchronous queues;
• Collaborate on architecture, code review, and continuous maintenance of the main platform;
• Participate in the CI/CD process, testing, and deployment;
• Contribute with product vision and performance in an agile and collaborative environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Higher education degree in technology;
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer;
• Python with solid experience;
• Django for web development;
• PostgreSQL for relational databases;
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS;
• Git/Git Flow for version control;
• Docker for containerization;
• AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda);
• REST APIs;
• Basic knowledge of Linux/command line;
• Intermediate technical English (reading);
• Experience with AI — skills and knowledge;
• Proactive, collaborative profile, with a sense of ownership, clear communication, and product-oriented vision.

Differentials:

• FastAPI or React;
• Bootstrap for responsiveness;
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices;
• RabbitMQ and asynchronous processing queues;
• Good architecture practices and design patterns;
• Log and metrics monitoring;
• Writing automated tests (unit and integration);
• AWS certifications;
• Contributions to open source projects;
• Knowledge in machine learning/data science;
• Experience with other languages (Rust, Java).
