About the Opportunity

SysMiddle connects the systems of technology companies and complex operations—retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and logistics—turning integration into a driver of growth and efficiency.

Now we are going beyond our core: we are building a new product for the retail market from scratch, and we are looking for the person who will lead it from the first hypothesis to scale.

The Mission of This Role

This role is for someone who wants to create a new product and drive its growth in the market. You will own the discovery process for a new retail product and be responsible for the entire journey: understanding market needs, designing the solution, validating, launching, and scaling.

You will report directly to the executive leadership, building from the ground up and growing alongside the product's success. This is an opportunity to act like an entrepreneur with the backing, technological foundation, and market access of an established company.

What You Will Do

• Discover and Validate: Dive deep into the retail market to map real pain points, interview potential customers, validate hypotheses, and identify the opportunity that justifies the product.
• Define Strategy and Vision: Translate insights into a clear product vision, including positioning, value proposition, and a roadmap prioritized by impact.
• Design the Solution: Specify the product, prototype, and iterate quickly—working closely with technology, design, and business teams to turn hypotheses into tangible solutions.
• Launch: Lead the go-to-market strategy, define pricing, prepare operations, align sales and marketing, and get the product into the hands of the first customers.
• Measure and Iterate: Define success metrics, analyze usage data, and continuously evolve the product based on market feedback.
• Scale: Identify growth engines, remove bottlenecks, and turn a validated product into a sustainably growing business.

Essential Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Manager, covering the full product lifecycle (discovery, definition, and delivery).
• Proven experience creating new products—from zero to market launch, not just evolving existing products.
• Familiarity with product metrics and a data-driven culture.
• Experience in the retail sector, with a genuine understanding of its pain points and market dynamics.
• Familiarity with Figma or similar tools.
• Autonomy and proactivity to initiate and lead the product without relying on a pre-existing structure.
