Project Manager/Solutions Leader - SysMiddle (Remote)

We are looking for a Solutions Leader passionate about transforming business challenges into system integrations that generate revenue. In our growth model, customer success is our success. You will be the CEO of your client portfolio, responsible for managing priorities, orchestrating internal and external stakeholders, identifying the highest-impact opportunities, designing the complete functional solution, and ensuring its rapid and effective delivery to production.

You will have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio, balancing multiple demands, expectations, and deadlines, with direct and measurable impact on the company's revenue growth. 💪 Activities:

• Manage a client portfolio, strategically prioritizing efforts on those with the highest growth potential.

• Lead the discovery phase with the client, translating their needs into a complete business functional design.

• Document flows, data mappings, API usage, and routines in Miro (or similar).

• Create and detail cards/tasks in Jira that are 100% clear for the development team.

• Act as a facilitator between the Development Team and the Client, overseeing homologation and ensuring on-time delivery to production.

• Negotiate and align development prioritization with the Squad Leader to protect critical deliveries for your portfolio.

✅ What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in Consulting and Project Management.

• Ability to manage priorities and build relationships with stakeholders.

• Strong business acumen and ease in handling revenue metrics (MRR/Revenue Share).

• Problem-solving skills.

• Excellent skills in functional solution design (flows, data, scenarios).

• Ability to gather requirements.

• Owner mindset and proactivity to drive the project from start to finish.

⭐ Differential:

• Previous experience in recurring revenue models.

• Experience in the IT/Integration sector.

• Prior knowledge of iPaaS platforms.

• Proficiency in Jira and design tools (Miro, Lucidchart, etc.) at an administrator level.

• Experience in projects requiring communication in Spanish and English.
