Integration Solutions Lead

About the opportunity

We are looking for a Solutions Leader with a strong business vision and consultative skills to lead system integration projects focused on revenue generation and MRR expansion with SysMiddle's current clients.

This role will have a highly strategic impact within operations, reporting directly to the Director of Operations, with significant influence on decisions related to portfolio growth, delivery prioritization, and solution evolution alongside clients.

The professional will be responsible for acting strategically with the client portfolio, understanding needs, designing functional solutions, and ensuring high-impact deliveries in production.

They will be the main point of contact between the client, business, and technical team, leading from the discovery phase to final validation, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a client portfolio focused on maximizing MRR and revenue expansion;
• Lead the complete discovery process, gathering requirements, understanding business flows, and mapping use case scenarios;
• Translate client needs into clear and structured functional solutions;
• Create functional documentation, flows, "de-para" mappings, business rules, integrations, and API usage;
• Create and detail deliverables and integration flows in Jira for the development team;
• Ensure the Definition of Ready (DoR) before handing off to the Squad;
• Act as a strategic bridge between the client and the technical team, unblocking development and ensuring client validation;
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders;
• Perform functional validation of deliverables before publication;
• Negotiate priorities with the Squad Leader to ensure critical deliveries;
• Support the commercial team with technical diagnostics and functional architectures for pre-sales;
• Monitor success indicators related to client satisfaction, revenue growth, and project margins.

Essential requirements

• Prior experience in Consulting, Implementation, or Project Management;
• Strong business vision and familiarity with metrics such as MRR and Revenue Share;
• Experience in requirements gathering and functional solution design;
• Analytical skills and a focus on problem-solving;
• Strong communication skills for mediating between technical areas and clients;
• Proactive, organized profile with an ownership mindset;

Differentials

• Experience in companies with a SaaS model;
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Miro, Lucidchart, or similar;
• Experience in system integration projects or iPaaS environments;
• Knowledge of APIs, data mapping, and functional architecture;
• Experience in agile squad environments;
• Spanish and/or English for communication in international projects.
