About the Role

As a Product Designer, you will own features end-to-end, from research and concept through polished UI. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to shape intuitive, beautiful, and helpful experiences for marketers and creators.

What You'll Do

• Own features from start to finish, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Design delightful, intuitive, accessible interfaces across mobile and desktop.
• Run or coordinate user research, interviews, and usability testing.
• Balance user needs with business impact, using data and metrics to guide decisions.
• Contribute to and grow the design system with reusable patterns and components.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers, sharing your thinking clearly and iterating together.
• Document decisions, present ideas, lead design reviews, and champion design thinking.

How We Work with AI

We are building AI into our product and into how our team works. We use tools like Figma AI, Cursor, and Claude to move from idea to prototype faster. You do not need to be an expert — curiosity and a willingness to experiment are what matter.

What We're Looking For

• Around 4+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Strong Figma skills and comfort with modern design and prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and visual craft.
• A portfolio that demonstrates beautiful, intuitive design work.
• Comfort using research, analytics, and metrics to shape and validate design decisions.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

Bonus Points

• Experience designing for creator, marketing, or ads platforms.
• Understanding of the creator economy, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing.
• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Basic front-end development knowledge.
• Motion design, animation, illustration, or writing skills.
• Product-oriented mindset or product strategy experience.

Language

We collaborate in English daily across Brazil, the US, and Canada. Comfortable, intermediate-level English is required — enough to share ideas, present work, and connect with the team across time zones.
