Assumes end-to-end management: strategy, performance, content, branding, ABM, marketing ops, and agency/vendor governance, with the objective of converting investment into predictable revenue.
Key Responsibilities

- Paid media: lead the strategy and operation of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring the fee/media ratio is within SaaS benchmarks

- Content and SEO: structure a multichannel content strategy (blog, LinkedIn, YouTube) focused on authority
- ABM and enablement: design an Account-Based Marketing strategy alongside SDR and Enterprise teams, delivering warm accounts and enablement materials for the commercial team
- Marketing ops: operate the full stack — CRM (Piperun), automation, GTM, pixels, standardized UTM, attribution — ensuring funnel data integrity
- Budget: manage the annual marketing budget (fees + media + tooling + events), with formal accountability to the board
- Branding and positioning: drive brand evolution, product narrative, and external communication, aligned with Enterprise positioning
- Team: develop, hire, and lead the internal marketing team
- Executive reporting: present monthly results and plans to the executive committee, with a funnel- and revenue-oriented analysis

- Native collaboration with Sales: does not operate marketing as an isolated function
