About the Opportunity


We are seeking an IT Manager to lead the evolution of the technology department for a company in a strong growth phase. We are looking for a profile that combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, capable of strengthening operations, reviewing processes, driving digital transformation, and positioning IT as a key player in the business.

The challenge will be to structure a more efficient department, driven by metrics, innovation, and continuous improvement, promoting the modernization of infrastructure, governance, and the experience of internal users.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead infrastructure, operations, and IT support areas.
  • Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive digital transformation, automation, and Artificial Intelligence adoption initiatives.
  • Review processes, eliminate recurring causes of incidents, and elevate the maturity level of IT operations.
  • Manage hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud), ensuring availability, security, and scalability.
  • Administer and evolve the TOTVS ERP environment and its integrations with other corporate systems.
  • Implement and strengthen IT governance practices, information security, and compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
  • Define, monitor, and optimize performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs).
  • Lead technology projects, including system implementations, integrations, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Act in M&A processes, supporting technological due diligence and environment integration.
  • Manage vendors, contracts, and strategic partners.
  • Support BI and Analytics initiatives, promoting greater data utilization for decision-making.
  • Lead distributed teams and operations across multiple units.

Requirements


  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 2 to 3 years in a leadership or management position.
  • Solid experience in managing hybrid infrastructure and Cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS).
  • Experience with TOTVS ERP and integration between corporate systems.
  • Knowledge of information security, LGPD, and IT governance.
  • Experience managing technology projects and digital transformation.
  • Knowledge of BI and Analytics, preferably with Power BI.
  • Experience in vendor management, contracts, and performance indicators (SLAs and KPIs).
  • Experience in environments with multiple operational units and distributed teams.
