Program Manager - ERP Coordinator – TOTVS Protheus

Position Objective

Lead the management and evolution of the TOTVS Protheus ERP within the company, acting as a bridge between business and technology areas, ensuring system stability, continuous improvements, and the implementation of new technological solutions that support the company's operational efficiency.

On-site: São Bernardo do Campo - SP.

Main Responsibilities

* Coordinate the support and evolution of the TOTVS Protheus ERP

* Lead initiatives for improvement and optimization of internal processes supported by the ERP

System Integration: Lead the connection of the ERP with other platforms (CRM Salesforce/Dynamics, e-commerce, WMS, BI and Logistics tools)

Practical experience in implementing large-scale market solutions (ERP, CRM,

HCM, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday or similar).

* Act as an interface between business and IT areas

* Manage technology suppliers and partners

* Lead and develop the team responsible for the system

* Conduct system improvement and process automation projects

* Evaluate and implement new technologies and AI solutions applied to management and operations

* Ensure good governance practices, documentation, and system continuity

Requirements

* Solid experience with TOTVS Protheus ERP

* Experience in managing or coordinating system teams or projects

* Ability to act as a technical leader and manager

* Experience in ERP implementation, support, or evolution

* Experience in relationship with business areas

* Experience with integrations and system process improvements

Differentials

* Experience in the manufacturing industry

* Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence applied to business processes

* Experience in technology modernization projects

* Experience with system automation and integration

Differentials (Nice to Have)

• MBA or Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related areas.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management).

• Previous experience in large-scale digital transformations in complex environments.

• Experience with OKRs, agile portfolio management, and corporate governance.
