Tasks and Responsibilities
Show original• Academic Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Product Design, or a related field.
• A postgraduate degree in Project Management or similar areas may be an advantage.
• Professional Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management roles, preferably as a Product Owner or Product Manager in software companies, preferably with extensive knowledge in payments.
• Technical Knowledge:
- High familiarity with software development, preferably having been a developer or support staff previously
- Solid understanding of design thinking and user experience (UX) principles.
- Knowledge of DevOps
- Solid experience in functional specifications
- Ability to create test scenarios
- Ability to perform tests using Postman or similar tools
- Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint
- Good writing skills and logical reasoning
• Interpersonal Skills:
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, designers, stakeholders, and other team members.
- Skill in negotiating priorities and resolving conflicts.
- Willingness to take on challenges
• Other Requirements:
- Ability to easily understand business processes
