We are a software company looking for sales representatives to expand our market presence.

About the position

We are looking for a Sales Representative to sell software solutions. Compensation is exclusively commission-based on sales made, with decreasing percentages based on the customer contract term:

• 1st year of the contract: 15% commission
• 2nd year of the contract: 10% commission
• 3rd year of the contract: 5% commission
• From the 4th year onward: 2% commission

This structure allows you to build recurring income over time, earning commissions not only on new sales but also on renewals and the retention of acquired customers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers for the company's software solutions
• Present demonstrations and answer questions about the products
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales contracts
• Manage customer relationships and drive renewals
• Meet established sales targets

Requirements

• Interest in working in software sales
• Strong communication skills and ease of building relationships with customers
• Independent, proactive, and results-oriented profile
• Availability to work with commission-based compensation
