Sofira builds AI agents that automate high-volume workflows for corporate legal departments (e.g., PROCON, Consumidor.gov).

Our mission is to apply artificial intelligence to solve real pain points in legacy systems in Brazil, bringing efficiency and scale to complex operations.

The Opportunity:

THIS IS NOT A ROLE FOR TRADITIONAL LAWYERS.

It's for those who graduated in Law, master legal reasoning, but don't want to spend the day reading contracts.

You will operate at the heart of Sofira, side by side with the founder (Priscila Holanda, CEO) and the co-founder (Pedro Leme, CTO), in a multidisciplinary role spanning product, sales, and customer support.

If you love dynamism, learning new things, building solutions from scratch, and questioning the "we've always done it this way" mentality, you'll feel right at home.

What You'll Do:

You will be the connection point between our technology and the success of our clients, working across several areas:

• Quality Guardian: Ensure, define, and execute the quality bar for our service, keeping it consistently high and reliable, working alongside Product to close gaps, standardize criteria, measure KPIs, and serve as the final barrier before the client.
• Customer Success (For Real): Ensure the client experience is flawless. Assist with onboarding, QBRs, risk management, and identifying expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell).
• Special Projects: Accompany the founder in strategic meetings, partnership negotiations, events, GTM experiments, and investor pitches.

• Law degree and a desire to build (not litigate).
• Resourceful: You're the person everyone turns to when things go wrong — because you always find a way out. People tell you you can make bricks without straw. You find solutions where others see roadblocks.
• Hacker Mindset: You have an aversion to "we've always done it this way." You enjoy simplifying the complex, finding smart shortcuts, and doing more with less.
• Compulsively Curious: Your browser has 50 tabs open, and even then, you click "open one more." You love learning and diving into new topics every week.
• Builder Profile: You thrive in uncertain environments and love the speed of building something from scratch, without instruction manuals.

What You Need to Have:

• Degree in Law with prior experience in corporate legal, law firm, legal ops, or related areas.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Genuine interest in technology, AI, and business.
• Organization and intellectual curiosity.
• Advanced English.

No prior experience in sales or product is required — just a genuine desire to learn and a strong drive to make things happen. Attitude and mindset are worth more than a resume.
