Senior Product Owner

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to drive the evolution of high-complexity digital products, with a focus on Customer Experience (CX), service automation, chatbots, and IVR (Interactive Voice Response).

We are seeking someone with a strategic product vision, strong experience in agile environments, and the ability to connect business, technology, and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the evolution of digital products, from MVPs to advanced and scalable solutions;
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, roadmap, and deliveries;
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment;
• Lead multidisciplinary agile squads;
• Identify opportunities for evolving and automating the service journey;
• Ensure continuous delivery of value, considering customer experience, efficiency, and business results.

Required Technical Stack:

• Solid experience with Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe;
• Experience with high-complexity digital products;
• Salesforce, especially Service Cloud and/or Chatbot;
• Genesys Cloud, with knowledge of IVR solutions;
• Hands-on experience with integrations, automations, and custom developments;
• Experience with chatbots, IVR, service automation, and digital CX;
• Experience leading technology teams with more than 8 professionals.

Desired Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe PO/PM;
• Salesforce and/or Genesys certifications;
• Experience in projects migrating human service to bots;
• Experience with nationwide-scale products;
• Background in the technology or financial services sectors.
