SAP Concur Consultant

We are looking for a SAP Concur Consultant to act as a technical reference in the implementation of SAP Concur solutions, responsible for the configuration, parameterization, and integration of the platform with clients. This professional will play a fundamental role in leading implementations, ensuring that solutions are delivered with quality, adherence to business requirements, and alignment with SAP best practices.

The position will work in partnership with the Implementation Project Manager, supporting clients through all project stages and contributing to the consolidation of the SAP Concur practice within the company.

📋 Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for the implementation of SAP Concur solutions for clients.
• Perform configuration, parameterization, and implementation of SAP Concur Travel and/or Expense modules.
• Lead implementation projects, ensuring adherence to technical and business requirements.
• Configure integrations between SAP Concur, SAP ERP, and other solutions involved in the client's architecture.
• Work on implementing integrations using SAP Integration Suite (ICS), Web Services, APIs, and SSO.
• Validate technical requirements with clients and support the definition of the best implementation architecture.
• Work in partnership with the Project Manager during all phases of implementation.
• Support clients during testing, validation, and go-live of the solution.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to implementations.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation for implemented projects.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with established schedules.
• Act as the technical reference for the SAP Concur solution within implementation projects.
• Contribute to the evolution of the SAP Concur implementation practice within the organization.

🎯 Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP Concur.
• Valid and current SAP Concur certification, preferably SAP Concur Expense or SAP Concur Travel.
• Experience implementing SAP Concur solutions for corporate clients.
• Knowledge of integration between SAP Concur and SAP ERP.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite (ICS), Web Services, APIs, and SSO.
• Knowledge of integration architecture between SAP solutions.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end implementation projects.
• Ability to work directly with clients during all stages of implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consultative, organized profile focused on delivering results.
• Ability to lead implementations with autonomy and a high sense of responsibility.

💡 Desired Qualifications

• Additional certifications within the SAP ecosystem.
• Experience with SAP Concur Request.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Experience in international or multinational projects.
• Experience implementing solutions for clients in Latin America.
• Intermediate or advanced Spanish.
• Intermediate or advanced English.
• Experience in consultancies specialized in SAP.
• Knowledge of corporate travel (Travel) and expense management (Expense) processes.

🔹 Job Characteristics:

Title: SAP Concur Consultant

Work Model: Professionals located more than 50 km from the offices (SP and RJ) may work 100% remotely. For professionals within this radius, the model will be hybrid (4 days on-site and 1 day remote).

Contract Type: PJ (Legal Entity) with a fixed monthly fee.
