What the Product Marketing Team Does

The Product Marketing team transforms insights about the product and the customer into positioning, messaging, and launch strategy. Every new feature, plan, or product must communicate the right value to the right audience—whether owner, investor, or guest. Research and strategy go hand in hand, and artificial intelligence is our greatest accelerator in this process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve product positioning and narrative for different audiences
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and plans, including briefings, key messages, and launch materials
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify objections, purchase drivers, and differentiation opportunities
  • Translate product and customer insights into clear directives for media, content, and creative teams
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials (pitches, talking points, case studies, comparisons) to support the commercial team
  • Map and organize a library of messages, objections, and arguments by audience and funnel stage
  • Monitor competition, consumer behavior, and trends in the vacation rental market
  • Ensure campaigns and content align with product positioning and strategy
  • Master AI tools—especially Claude/Code—proactively generating insights and producing strategic materials

What We Expect From You

  • Senior, strategic profile with strong analytical skills and excellent writing ability
  • Prior experience in Product Marketing—positioning, messaging, and product launches
  • Strategic view of the funnel, customer journey, and positioning
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product, commercial, media, and creative teams
  • Proactivity and autonomy in using AI tools for research, synthesis, and creation of strategic content

You Stand Out If You Have:

  • Experience with A/B testing of messages, offers, and creatives
  • Experience with paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar) and how it connects to product positioning
  • Experience in GTM (go-to-market) for product or feature launches
  • Experience in sales enablement or direct support to commercial teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Claude, ChatGPT, or other generative AI tools applied to marketing and research
  • Experience in the real estate, hospitality, or marketplace sectors
