What the Closers Team Does

We are a team that consistently hits our goals. We are looking for a Senior Closer to strengthen our sales team. Our next steps include reaching 500 management contracts per month, documenting all department processes with playbooks, workflows, and best practices, and consolidating the use of artificial intelligence in our daily operations, from tactical to strategic levels.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultative sales meetings
  • Close deals during the meeting or within 48 hours
  • Apply consultative and high-impact sales techniques
  • Manage the pipeline efficiently
  • Maintain the CRM with a high level of organization
  • Conduct negotiations with clarity and conciseness

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably as a Closer
  • Advanced mastery of sales techniques: SPIN Selling, BANT, AIDA, GPCT, Challenger Sale, or Sandler
  • Experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Nectar, or similar)
  • Background in consultative and/or high-impact sales
  • Strong negotiation skills and pipeline management
  • Ambition, confidence, clarity, objectivity, and strong negotiation abilities

Differentials

  • Familiarity with using AI in daily sales activities, executing operational tasks (transcriptions, briefings, and follow-ups) and strategic tasks (pipeline analysis and forecasting)
