How to join the Seazone team?

Joining this team means you will help build the workforce of the largest national partner of Airbnb and one of LinkedIn's Top 20 Startups, adding to our purpose of bringing innovation and technology to the seasonal rental market. Our goal is to maximize profitability for property owners and investors, while ensuring an excellent experience for guests who choose Seazone properties as their destination away from home 🚀

What does our Platform team do? 💼

The SRE/Platform team is the foundation of everything running at Seazone. It consists of 3 people responsible for two Kubernetes clusters (EKS on AWS and GKE on GCP), GitOps with ArgoCD, complete observability, FinOps, and the company's AI infrastructure — LiteLLM Hub, MCP Hub, and AI Portal. We serve all engineering verticals and operate with high autonomy and an intense pace.

💼 What you will do:

- Operate and evolve Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE) with GitOps via ArgoCD

- Respond to production incidents, conduct troubleshooting and post-mortems

- Maintain and evolve the observability stack: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager, Uptime Kuma

- Execute the FinOps roadmap: rightsizing, tagging, and cost governance for AWS/GCP and LLM consumption

- Lead ongoing migrations: Coolify → Amplify/EKS and decommissioning of Vault

- Automate operations with AI (incident agents, Claude Code, CI/CD pipelines on GitHub Actions)

- Sustain the internal AI platform: LiteLLM Hub, MCP Hub, AI Portal

- Infrastructure as code with Terraform/Terragrunt and secrets/security governance

🔍 What we expect from you:

Required:

- AWS (EKS, IAM, CloudWatch, billing) and Kubernetes in production with direct responsibility for incidents

- Terraform, ArgoCD/GitOps, Docker, GitHub Actions

- Observability stack: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki

- Linux, Python, and Bash

- Minimum 5 years in infrastructure/cloud, with at least 3 years operating Kubernetes in production

- Use of AI as a work tool in daily tasks — without exception

- Availability to act on incidents outside of business hours when necessary

Behavioral:

- Real autonomy — here, no hand-holding

- Clear communication during incident situations

- Documentation discipline

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields is desirable

- AWS and CKA certifications are a plus.

🤩 You stand out if you have:

- Experience with GCP/GKE

- Intensive use of AI: Claude Code, agents, MCP — the more practical, the better

- Experience with LiteLLM, Coolify, Cloudflare, Supabase, or Vercel

- Multi-account AWS governance (Control Tower)

- Operational PostgreSQL

- FinOps with a strategic view of cloud and LLM costs
