Show originalThe position is for a company that acts as a strategic management hub for brands in the betting industry. It offers complete solutions for entrepreneurs, from creating custom websites to game development and casino and sportsbook aggregation.
Required qualifications:
-Solid experience in leadership roles in technology, software engineering, or IT operations;
-Experience managing multidisciplinary squads and full development pipelines;
-Strong expertise in system architecture, development, infrastructure, and DevOps practices;
-Experience in regulated environments (betting sector, fintechs, or similar is desirable);
-Collaborative leadership skills, decision-making in complex scenarios, and data-driven orientation;
-Mastery of agile practices and scalability frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.);
-Knowledge of technological compliance and regulatory risk management;
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills.
-Fluent English.
Desirable qualifications:
-Experience in the online betting, gaming, or regulated financial platforms sector;
-Certifications in agile management, DevOps, IT Governance, or Product Leadership;
-MBA or specialization in Technology Management, Software Engineering, or Business;
Responsibilities:
-Supervise and manage the factory backlogs: Maintenance, Products, Development, and DevOps;
-Lead technical teams (squads) and project management teams, promoting governance, efficiency, and high-quality deliveries;
-Ensure that all processes, deliveries, and platforms comply with the Brazilian betting law regulations;
-Promote alignment between technical and business areas, translating business strategies into scalable digital solutions;
-Establish and monitor KPIs for technical, operational, and compliance performance;
-Act directly in demand prioritization and micro-management of critical deliveries;
-Foster an agile culture, applying methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and scaling models (SAFe, Spotify Model, etc.);
-Stimulate continuous improvement, innovation, and the adoption of software engineering best practices;
Actively participate in strategic decisions involving roadmap, architecture, security, and platform evolution.
