Show originalThe Support Apprentice assists with customer support routines, focusing primarily on monitoring tools for the entire technology infrastructure, serving our clients, and handling telecommunications tasks. They are also responsible for executing operational routines and improving technological processes. The apprentice can help enhance service processes and the quality of our offerings, contributing effectively to the company.
- Responsible for monitoring IT assets using our monitoring tools.
- Opening and tracking internal and external tickets involving "Carriers, Clients, and Suppliers".
- Execution of predefined procedures.
- Documenting all interactions with Carriers, Clients, and Suppliers in our internal systems.
- Suggesting improvements to the Support process.
- Opening tickets for alerts generated by the monitoring tool.
- Creating reports and Root Cause Analyses (RCAs).
- Troubleshooting network equipment, infrastructure, and security.
Requirements:
High school diploma completed;
Must be over 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
