RTM, the Technological Integration Hub of the Brazilian Financial Market, is looking for an intern with an analytical profile, proactive attitude, and interest in developing skills in product management, innovation, business, and technology. What you will do:

• Support Product Owners (POs) in managing and organizing product backlogs.
• Participate in gathering and analyzing business and technology requirements.
• Monitor the prioritization of features and product evolution.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and users.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor analysis, and identify innovation opportunities.
• Participate in project follow-up meetings and product development cycles (planning, review, retrospectives, and other ceremonies).
• Create and maintain documentation, executive presentations, reports, and support materials.
• Support strategic partnership initiatives with companies, fintechs, startups, and participants in the innovation ecosystem.
• Collaborate in identifying new business opportunities and solutions for the financial market.

What we are looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Interest in innovation, digital products, business, and technology.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and work in a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Differentials:

• Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Academic or practical experience with data analysis.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of the financial sector, fintechs, or the innovation market.
• Negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with partners.
