Tasks and Responsibilities

The professional will be responsible for designing the company's network security solutions – Firewalls, Routers, IPS, and NDR.

Responsibilities:

• • Propose best practices for monitoring network security tools – IPS, Firewall, NDR, AntiDDoS, routers;
  • Propose best practices for environment management.
  • Develop routines, activities, processes, and their respective documentation.
  • Assist other technical teams with high-complexity troubleshooting.
  • Point of contact for the Governance team in addressing audit requirements.
  • Research, study, test, and implement new technologies and systems for continuous environment improvement.
  • Transfer knowledge to direct customer support and 24x7 monitoring teams so they can operate in the environment without your support.
  • Develop automations for the area's routine.
  • Document the environment – network security scope in the cloud.
  • Capacity and resource utilization analysis.
  • Perform high-complexity activities.
  • Monitor and execute equipment update cycles.

Essential requirements:

• Advanced English preferred;
• Ability to identify and analyze the attack surface and understanding of the main attack vectors used;
• Experience with GCP, AWS, and Azure cloud security services and concepts;
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems;
• Experience in activities related to Information Security, CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, PCI;
• Experience with audit processes;
• Experience creating technical documentation for Security Solution Architecture in projects;
• Knowledge of market frameworks related to Offensive Security and Defensive Security, such as Cyber Kill Chain and Att&ck Mitre;
• Knowledge of tools such as Nessus (tenable), Qualys, Rapid 7, Metasploit, among others;
• Lead war rooms for critical information security incidents.
