Junior Support and Telecom Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Support and Telecom Analyst to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN network infrastructure.
• Perform configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of switches, routers, and wireless controllers.
• Manage and administer firewalls, security policies, and access rules.
• Monitor security incidents, analyze logs, and participate in incident response.
• Implement and maintain network security solutions, including IPS, IDS, antivirus, and access control.
• Perform vulnerability analysis and support risk remediation and mitigation processes.
• Ensure availability, performance, and security of corporate network environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Provide support and handle tickets related to networks and security, following established SLAs.
• Work together with infrastructure, cloud, and systems teams to ensure integration and protection of environments.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with Cisco equipment and Fortinet security solutions.
• CCNA course (Cisco Certified Network Associate).
• NSE 4 course (Fortinet Network Security Expert) or current equivalent in the Fortinet certification track.
• Experience administering FortiGate firewalls.
• Knowledge of Site-to-Site and Remote Access VPN.
• Experience in analyzing and resolving network and security incidents.

Differentials:

• Additional Cisco, Fortinet, or Security+ certifications.
• Knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, NAC, and Network Segmentation.
