Junior Support and Security Analyst

RTM is looking for a Junior Support and Security Analyst to join our team!

What will your challenges be?

• Respond to and investigate information security incidents;
• Prepare technical and managerial reports;
• Execute internal procedures, ensuring proper documentation of activities;
• Operate security-focused equipment, software, and applications, reporting activities to the solution manager;
• Perform routine verification and monitoring of environments;
• Log, monitor, and track tickets through the helpdesk system.

Courses:

• Courses in Cybersecurity;
• NSE 1, 2, 3, and 4 courses.

Technical Knowledge:

• Experience with Information Security solutions: security architecture, processes, and solutions;
• Previous experience with firewall (UTM), IDS/IPS, and content filtering solutions, from deployment to troubleshooting;
• Knowledge of Wireless technologies, IP networks, and associated communication protocols in LAN/MAN/WAN networks;
• Experience with Fortinet environments;
• Knowledge and application of Cyber Security technologies, solutions, and frameworks.
