Cloud Project Analyst

RTM, the integrator hub of the financial market, aims to drive the continuous evolution of cloud solutions, ensuring security, stability, and efficiency in the architectures that support the Brazilian financial system.

We are looking for a person to join the Cloud team, working on the technical evolution of projects, the research and implementation of new technologies, and the definition of standards, methodologies, and processes that contribute to increasingly secure, efficient, and customer-focused deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Promote continuous improvement of the security, stability, and architecture of the solutions delivered in projects.
• Research, study, validate, and implement new technologies and architectures applicable to projects, aiming for continuous evolution and meeting customer needs.
• Define, document, and evolve standards, methodologies, and processes for project deployment and delivery.
• Act as an internal consultant on strategic projects, supporting technical teams, architecture, and management in defining the best solutions.

Essentials

• Proven experience leading infrastructure and cloud projects.
• Leadership of large-scale projects, including complex migrations, environment upgrades, and architectural evolution.
• In-depth knowledge of virtualization, containers, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Ability to define strategies, architectures, and project execution plans.
• Experience with automation, CI/CD, and integration between platforms.
• Knowledge of public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, and GCP).
• Strong experience in governance, risk, security, capacity, and service continuity.
• Ability to provide technical mentoring and knowledge transfer to support teams.
