You will work in a dynamic environment, developing digital products and combining technology and data to generate value for the end customer.

We are looking for a Tech Lead who is a technical reference, leads an engineering squad and helps evolve both deliverables and team members.

💡 What you will do

• Be the main technical reference for the squad
• Provide technical support to the team in removing technical impediments
• Ensure the evolution of deliverables with quality
• Work hands-on in development
• Lead architecture decisions and best practices
• Develop the team through 1:1s and PDIs
• Lead and participate in agile rituals (dailies, plannings, retros)
• Promote a strong delivery culture
• Work closely with the product team and partner areas. Build good relationships. Preference for those who have already worked in synergy with the product team.

🧠 What we are looking for

✔️ Experience

• +8 years in software development
• Experience in team management in a squad model. Must have experience with people management and team management.

✔️ Stack / Knowledge

• Solid knowledge in Golang (preferred), Python or Node.js (At least 1 programming language)
• Experience with architecture in distributed systems and microservices
• Knowledge of methods such as Clean Code & Clean Architecture to guide the team and code reviews
• Experience with message queue systems (e.g., RabbitMQ)
• Solid knowledge in SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB is a plus)
• Desirable experience with AWS services (EKS, ECS, Lambda, EC2)
• Desirable experience with GitOps processes (ArgoCD, GitHub and Helm)
