Data Scientist (Remote) - Contract

We are transforming the Mobile Marketing market through data, technology, and artificial intelligence. We are looking for a Data Scientist with critical thinking, technical expertise, and a passion for solving complex problems to drive the growth of RankMyApp, working directly within the Product team. You will be a key player in creating predictive models, intelligent systems, and algorithms that make our products increasingly accurate, scalable, and focused on delivering real impact to our clients. Your work will help transform multichannel data into automated decisions, reliable forecasts, and actionable insights.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Contribute directly to the creation of artificial intelligence solutions, utilizing advanced machine learning and deep learning models.
• Develop, train, validate, and implement AI models, focusing on projects that use LLMs to solve business problems.
• Participate in the development of applications that use AI agents, applying the CrewAI framework when relevant.
• Ensure code quality through CI/CD practices, automated testing, and version control on GitHub.
• Deploy models to production and monitor their performance, applying continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with other teams, especially non-technical ones, to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Explore and apply new AI technologies and tools that can increase the efficiency and quality of the solutions developed.
• Contribute to creating a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices, encouraging continuous learning among team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• More than 3 years of experience in data science, with a track record of solving complex problems using data.
• Proficiency in Python, with experience implementing machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-focused libraries and frameworks, including deep learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Practical experience with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Ability to deploy models and applications, ensuring adequate testing and maintenance.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including the use of tools like ChatGPT for solving complex problems.
• Knowledge or experience with the CrewAI framework will be a plus.
• Mastery of statistical modeling techniques, machine learning, and artificial intelligence algorithms.
• Experience with data pipelines, from collection and processing to analysis and visualization.
• Knowledge in creating automated tests, monitoring model performance, and making continuous adjustments.
• Ability to connect technical solutions to business strategies and communicate results to non-technical teams.
• Excellent collaborative work skills, contributing to knowledge and experience sharing with the team.

Differential Requirements:

• Experience with agile methodologies, such as Kanban and Scrum.
• Knowledge and practice in automation tools like n8n.
• Experience with AI frameworks geared towards production (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Experience with the development and maintenance of data pipelines that support machine learning projects.
• Critical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions, balancing technical innovation and business alignment.
