Opportunity: Mid-Level UX Designer

We are looking for a Mid-Level UX Designer to join our team on an innovative and dynamic project. If you are passionate about creating user-centered solutions and have experience across the entire product lifecycle, this role is for you!

Job Overview

• Modality: 6-month temporary contract.
• Work Format: 100% Remote, with a hybrid model option for those based in São Paulo (SP) or Belo Horizonte (BH).
• Differentiator: One of the positions requires advanced-level Spanish.

Essential Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a UX Designer.
• Level: Mid-level, with the autonomy to lead projects from start to finish.
• Robust Portfolio: Presentation of a portfolio with at least 4 to 5 projects demonstrating your experience, especially in usability testing.
• Technical Skills:
• Complete mastery of the product design cycle (research, prototyping, testing).
• Proficiency in Figma and Maze.
• Knowledge and interest in AI-powered prototyping.
• Solid experience conducting in-depth interviews and usability testing.
