We are looking for a Mid-Level UX Designer to join our team on an innovative and dynamic project. If you are passionate about creating user-centered solutions and have experience across the entire product lifecycle, this role is for you!
Job Overview- Modality: 6-month temporary contract.
- Work Format: 100% Remote, with a hybrid model option for those based in São Paulo (SP) or Belo Horizonte (BH).
- Differentiator: One of the positions requires advanced-level Spanish.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a UX Designer.
- Level: Mid-level, with the autonomy to lead projects from start to finish.
- Robust Portfolio: Presentation of a portfolio with at least 4 to 5 projects demonstrating your experience, especially in usability testing.
- Technical Skills:
- Complete mastery of the product design cycle (research, prototyping, testing).
- Proficiency in Figma and Maze.
- Knowledge and interest in AI-powered prototyping.
- Solid experience conducting in-depth interviews and usability testing.
- Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to critically analyze briefings and carry out tasks independently.
- Collaboration is Key: We are looking for someone who is a true team player, communicative, and avoids working in isolation.
- Proactive Attitude: Not just identifying problems, but also being creative and engaged in proposing innovative solutions.
