Automation Test Engineer

We are looking for a Automation Test Engineer for one of our clients, a renowned company in the technology and business sector.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand what was requested by the PO (Product Owner);
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues;
• Clear communication with development team members, clients, and stakeholders;
• Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently;
• Initiative and proactivity to seek solutions and improvements;
• Ability to work independently and self-manage;
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes;
• Organization: ability to plan and organize test tasks efficiently;
• Understanding of the product's purpose.

Requirements:

• Ability to develop test strategies and create efficient scripts (manual and automated)
• Ability to perform exploratory testing and manage bugs effectively
• Ability to identify scenarios suitable for automation
• Ability to report test progress appropriately to the squad
• Knowledge of different testing approaches, such as functional, integration, unit, regression, among others
• Advanced knowledge in Robot Framework
• Advanced knowledge in BDD and web testing
• Advanced knowledge in API testing
• Knowledge in Playwright is a plus
• Knowledge in using GitHub Copilot to accelerate test automation development is a plus
• ISTQB CTFL certification is a plus
• Advanced English
