We have an opportunity to work as an IT Technician (Field) for one of our clients in the Technology sector, a Brazilian hardware and services giant, a reference in innovation and development of computers, smartphones, servers, and educational technologies. With an international presence, the company works with the purpose of making life better and smarter through the use of technology.


Job Description:

  • Perform equipment maintenance, repairing notebooks, desktops, tablets, smartphones, and electronic voting machines;
  • Perform installation, update, configuration, and uninstallation of software on equipment;
  • Analyze hardware and software problems and errors to diagnose issues;
  • Perform final testing of equipment according to procedures established by engineering;
  • Record identified occurrences and respective corrective actions in the system;
  • Perform physical movement, replacement of parts, cabling, displays, and SSDs as needed by the project;
  • Ensure asset control and provide accountability for parts and tools used.

Requirements:

  • Completed Technical Education recognized by the MEC or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Networks, Electronics, or related fields;
  • Experience in hardware maintenance and user support;
  • Knowledge of operating system installation (Windows, macOS, and Linux);
  • Knowledge of measuring current, voltage, and resistance in electrical circuits;
  • Valid and active Class B Driver's License;
  • Own vehicle (hatchback or sedan) in perfect operating condition with a trunk capacity of at least 300 liters; engine size between 1.0 to 1.6 (gasoline/ethanol) and manufacturing year within the last 12 years (supporting vehicle documents will be evaluated);
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays occasionally;
  • Availability for on-site work and full availability for constant field travel (within the region, state, and neighboring states).

Desirable:

  • ITIL v3 certification or higher;
  • Prior experience in large-scale Rollout projects.

Hiring Model: Temporary until November 2026. (possibility of renewal for another 90 days)

Work Mode: 100% On-site (Field work)

Working Hours: Availability to work from 08:00 to 18:00 - Monday to Friday
