Junior Support Technician - Barueri SP

We have an opportunity to work as a Junior Support Technician (POS focus) for one of our clients in the Technology sector, located in the Barueri/SP region, with units spread across the country and counting on the efforts of more than 5,000 employees.

Job Description:

• Perform tests, diagnostics, and technical inspections on electronic equipment, with a special focus on credit and debit card machines (POS);
• Carry out assembly, disassembly, and physical repairs of equipment in the laboratory;
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on card machines, covering everything from system aspects (configuration, software, and app loading) to physical repairs and casing replacements;
• Assist in the support and maintenance of other mobile devices in the laboratory, such as cell phones, notebooks, and tablets, when necessary;
• Actively collaborate with the support team for the agile resolution of technical issues;
• Maintain accurate records of all activities performed and relevant service information in the corporate system;
• Strictly comply with internal procedures, quality policies, SLA targets, and established safety standards.

Requirements:

• Completed Technical Education in Electronics, Mechatronics, IT, Hardware Maintenance, Computer Maintenance, or related fields, or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Systems Analysis and Development (ADS), or similar;
• Practical experience with hardware maintenance and technical support (such as computers, notebooks, cell phones, or electronics in general);
• Reside in Barueri/SP or have easy access to the Tamboré neighborhood region;
• Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including afternoon/night shifts and alternating Saturdays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in maintenance, configuration, and specific support for card machines (payment methods);
• Knowledge of microcomputer assembly and basic electronics.

Hiring Model: Temporary (180 days) with possibility of permanent hiring

Work Mode: 100% On-site

Work Location: Tamboré Neighborhood, Barueri/SP

Work Schedule: Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 14:00 or from 14:00 to 22:00, and alternating Saturdays, from 09:00 to 17:20
