We are seeking a professional to provide Technical Support for one of our clients, responsible for on-site microcomputer and mobility support, addressing end-user hardware and software technical demands.
Responsibilities:
- Field Services: On-site technical support focused on resolving microcomputer and mobility incidents and requests.
- Equipment Maintenance: Diagnosis, support, and technical maintenance for desktops, laptops, mobile phones, tablets, and printers.
- Software and Hardware Support: Troubleshooting technical issues in operating systems, corporate software, and hardware connectivity.
- User Support: Providing on-site technical support with a focus on rapid problem resolution and a positive end-user experience.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or completed higher education or technical degree
- Technical Skills: Experience supporting operating systems and corporate microcomputer tools (desktops and laptops).
- Profile: Strong on-site communication skills, proactivity, and the ability to quickly diagnose operational issues.
Employment Conditions:
Work Model: 100% On-site
Work Location: Paulínia/SP
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for 6 months
