We have an opportunity to work as a Printer Maintenance Technician in the Feira de Santana/BA region.
Job Description:
The professional will be responsible for ensuring the availability and operation of printing equipment at the client's site or in the field, performing preventive and corrective technical interventions.
- Perform installation and configuration of printing equipment (small, medium, and large format).
- Execute corrective and preventive maintenance on laser and inkjet copiers and printers.
- Provide technical support and direct customer service, ensuring satisfaction and service level (SLA).
- Perform failure diagnostics and replacement of parts and supplies.
Requirements:
- Education: Completed or ongoing Technical Course in Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanical, Electrotechnical, or related fields.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Experience with maintenance, configuration, and support for laser and inkjet printers.
- Knowledge of small, medium, and large format equipment (multifunction devices and copiers).
- License: Must possess a valid Category B Driver's License (CNH).
- Availability: Full availability to travel within the region.

- Organization and planning of routes and service calls.
- Time management to meet deadlines.

- Excellence in customer service.
Hiring Model: CLT (Brazilian Labor Law) employed by Randstad and assigned to the client.

Work Location: Feira de Santana/BA
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- 1-hour lunch break.
