Key Activities:

Provide on-site technical support for microcomputing (hardware, software, mobile telephony) and network/electrical infrastructure;
Conduct technical visits for problem diagnosis and resolution;
Ensure the availability and performance of equipment and systems;
Analyze, repair, or replace components and devices when necessary;
Collaborate with the team in developing solutions and continuous improvement of processes;
Follow internal procedures and safety standards.

Requirements:

Complete technical education in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Maintenance, or IT, or currently pursuing a higher education degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields;
Valid Category B driver's license;
Availability to travel to nearby cities;
At least 1 year of experience in maintaining computers, laptops, and electronic products.
