Junior IT Technician

Key Activities:

• Provide on-site technical support for microcomputing (hardware, software, mobile telephony) and network/electrical infrastructure;
• Conduct technical visits for problem diagnosis and resolution;
• Ensure the availability and performance of equipment and systems;
• Analyze, repair, or replace components and devices when necessary;
• Collaborate with the team in developing solutions and continuous improvement of processes;
• Follow internal procedures and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Complete technical education in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Maintenance, or IT, or currently pursuing a higher education degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields;
• Valid Category B driver's license;
• Availability to travel to nearby cities;
• At least 1 year of experience in maintaining computers, laptops, and electronic products.

Work Model: 100% remote (on-site)

Work Location: Patos de Minas – MG

Working Hours: Commercial hours, Monday to Friday.
