Junior IT Technician I

We have an opportunity for you to work as a Jr. IT Technician I with one of our clients in the e-commerce sector, in Contagem - MG.

Job Description:

* On-site assistance and support for equipment availability at workstations.

* Organizing battery stations and handheld devices.

* Cleaning printer heads and clearing paper jams in printers.

* Resolving users' operational questions.

* Opening tickets for workstation equipment.

* Implementing 5S practices to keep equipment functional, and workstations standardized and organized.

* Providing a basic guide on best practices for the correct use of equipment in operations.

* Providing user support (PC, Zebra 411 laser printer, handheld devices, passwords in general, as well as contact with MDM for device management. - familiarity with these tools is a plus).

* Person with hardware knowledge, able to adjust a 3D scanner, and knowledge of the Windows operating system.

* Experience with inventory management.

* Knowledge of Jira for ticket administration is a plus.

* This opportunity operates under a flextime (bank of hours) system.

Requirements:

* Must have a driver's license and a personal vehicle for commuting to work.

* Currently pursuing or completed higher education; completed technical high school degree in computer formatting or IT courses.

* Must be available to work shifts (full availability of hours).

* Good knowledge of the Office suite.

Desirable:

* Knowledge of MDM, thermal printers, and Jira.

* Seniority Level: Junior

* Expected behavioral profile: Person aligned with the company's DNA, communicative, resilient, patient when dealing with people, and able to explain and guide users who are often non-technical.
