IT Technician - CLT - On-site Paracatu-MG

Job Description

Perform equipment maintenance, repairing notebooks, desktops, tablets, and smartphones, in order to ensure their functionality within the quality parameters established by the company;

Install, update, configure, and uninstall software on equipment;

Analyze hardware and software problems and errors to perform problem diagnosis;

Conduct final equipment testing when necessary, according to the procedures established by engineering, ensuring the release of products that effectively meet the company's quality standards;

Record identified occurrences and respective corrective actions in the system;

Carry out activities in accordance with area procedures and guidance from the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

Completed Technical Education recognized by MEC or higher education currently in progress in areas such as Systems Analysis / Information Technology / NETWORKS / Electronics / Mechatronics / Computer Science and related fields;

Experience and important knowledge (technical, systems, management, among others): knowledge in equipment maintenance, remote support, and user support.

Skills in installing and configuring operating systems and various client systems.

Knowledge of installation and configuration of network multifunction printers;

Definitive and active Class B driver's license (EAR is not required);

Availability for on-site work;

Availability for travel within the state, with occasional inter-state travel to nearby locations;
